I loaded a gift card on my Apple ID

it’s not allowing my purchase even though I added gift card to it and I can still see the balance pls I don’t have much money buy I added money to my Apple ID to purchase coin on one state but it’s not allowing

saying my purchase could not be completed it took me hours to find this page pls help me
