App downloading is ridiculosly slow on AppStore, I am on iOS 17.4.1. My wifi speed is perfectly fine

I am dowloading an app which show approx 3.12GB in size on the app store and on my 80-100Mbps wifi speed it says it'll take more than 2 hours to download.

Is Apple throttling speed on the AppStore? Because same issue has been seen on most of the app which are being downloading from the AppStore, otherwise Netflix movie downloading is superfast!
