My audiogram settings no longer work

I’ve been using a custom audiogram to increase the bass

levels in my Airpods Pro Gen2 and they have been working great until my phone

updated to iOS 17.4.1. My Airpods no longer have a heavy bass and re-adjusting the

audiogram levels does nothing. I even tried adjusting the Apple music EQ and

still have no bass.

Is there a way to get my bass settings back?

Go to Settings > Accessibility > AirPods > Audio Accessibility Settings > Headphone Accommodations > Custom Audio Setup > Add audiogram > From Photos Then select random photo and it will let you to manually input frequency boosts. My numbers are:

125hz - 80

250hz - 80

500hz - 60

1khz - 70

2khz - 80

4khz - 70

YES. I have the exact same problem, glad it’s not only me! These AirPods with the audiogram were some of the best earbuds I’ve ever had. After the update to 17.4.1 no matter how much tweaking the audiogram, they sound terrible. Tinny with almost zero low end! PLEASE FIX THIS!

I am here, same exact problem.

Low frequencies (Bass related) are non existent after updating to 17.4.1, while using the audiogram.

Even now, after updating to 17.5.1 the issue still remains, no fix whatsoever, keep in mind I have been through every possible troubleshooting process regarding my airpods pro 2, but sadly no luck & none of which has worked.

I hope this issue gets fixed as soon as possible and dont become overlooked by apple.

Yep exact same issue here, I don't understand why apple keep reducing the bass in the airpods 2 pro so it basically doesn't exist. They have great bass, but they're really limiting it and they sound like any low/mid quality earbuds now. Disappointing.
