Connect MacBook to Samsung M8 + additional monitor

I recently moved and can’t figure out how I got my set up to work previously. 😅

I have a MacBook Pro with c ports (I also have an adaptor I can connect HDMI to)

I have the Samsung M8 with the micro HDMI and 2 c ports

I have an additional Samsung monitor with 1 HDMI and 1 DP port

All I would have to do previously was plug my laptop in the adaptor mentioned, press PC on the Samsung M8, and both monitors worked as individual mac desktop windows.

I’ve tried a bunch of combination of connections and I cannot for the life of me replicate this again. Any ideas?
