Rules (Script) for Mail for coloring, reading/opening, and moving

Understandably, these rules do not currently exist, and I understand that the rules are executed according to which one goes first. However, it is not possible to create the combination I currently need.

What I need is:

  1. To allow all emails to come into the inbox and be immediately colored according to my first rule
  2. Mark the emails as read after just 20 seconds of opening and
  3. Only after opening is the mail moved into its prospective Inbox.

It is worth noting that currently, marking emails as read and executing any reasonable follow-up adequately is impossible because "mark as read" is a stand-alone.

The difference should be "Mark as read after 20 seconds,” then follow it up on the same line by "Move Mail to".

This will help a great deal. How do I write a script for that?

I know nothing about writing scripts, please help.

Thank you in advance.
