Command+Tab Question
Hey there!
I am new to using a MAC and I am having to use one for work.
I have to rename hundreds of PDF files a day by opening the document, review it and rename it appropriately.
On a PC I open the file then hit alt+tab to go back to the original file, hit F2 to rename, rinse and repeat.
When I do this on my MAC (command+tab) it doesn't put me back onto the file I was on previously, it only brings me to the "finder" but doesn't select the file I was on, so I have to mouse over the file again.
I prefer not to use my mouse when doing this as it saves a lot of time not having to take my hands off the keyboard.
Is there a different key stroke or setting I can change where Command+Tab puts me back onto the file I had selected and not just the finder window, or is this not possible?
Thank you!
