Please help, my iPod Nano wont work and I’ve tried everything.

My iPod Nano 6th generation has an all black screen and not wanting to turn on. I’ve made sure that it was charged multimeter and it shows that it is charged. I have tried all of the things that the internet has said (including the Apple help) but it does not want to work. Please help

If the iPod has "turned off" (perhaps because the battery had run down completely), you need to long hold the power button in order to turn it on.

Usually, if the iPod indicates that the battery is fully charged, it should indicate that it will power on, so if it doesn't, please tell us what you see that makes you think the iPod is fully charged.

When you press-and-release of the power button (a short hold) it will wake the iPod up from sleep mode. Sleep mode is different to powered off.
