Hi everyone, i came across a website that sells product and im confused if its valid or a scammer? but my concern is that they also have an app that I downloaded from apple store. my question is it possible for app to be on apple store and be a scamm

Yes. There are many apps in the App Store that I would not recommend. Some users may like an app while others may claim it is a scam. If Apple gets enough complaints about an app, they will remove it.
Some apps direct you to their website to sign up for subscriptions. This bypasses Apple Payment processing and their ability to cancel the subscription or give you a refund. Apple was forced to allow this through the courts. While Apple does have to allow an app to offer its own subscriptions, it does not mean they recommend it, and some users have had difficulty cancelling those subscriptons and refunds are usually non existent in this case.
