If Apple still has this info linked to your Apple ID, it should be in your Apple ID account details download:

• Get a copy of the data associated with your Apple ID account - Apple Support

Look in the Account Details CSV, as a starting point.

I don't know of any easy way. If you purchase apps or media you can look at the purchase date to get an idea of when you started using it for that. You can look at your user profile here and that will tell you when you first started posting here, but if you haven't needed to do this then that might not help much.
