As shown in the SS below cant see the Germany as one of the options. I want the billing address basically on my employers name so that I can claim the reimbursement. Any leads are appreciated on how can we achieve the same ?

Ask your company how to proceed.
Maybe have them buy the computer in Germany then the company ships it to you. Or, you buy the computer in India then submit your receipt to the company for reimbursement.
Apple does not ship outside the country of purchase and the card must be issued in the country of purchase.
