Can't view 3D files (Matterport) in Safari after updating to Sonoma.

Can't view 3D files (Matterport) in Safari after updating to Sonoma. Website opens fine and can see player but when I click it is stuck loading. Can view same files on iPad with no issue. Cleared history and cache. Also tried Chrome but same result.

Macbook Pro 16in 2021 16gb

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.14
