Password loop when trying to download application from App Store

Hello, I'm in constant loop of being asked for password over and over again while trying to download an application from the App Store even though the password is correct and passed the check and immediately afterwards ask again for the password and does not start downloading it at all.

Things I've tried:

• Change networks (WiFi and LTE)
• Reboot phone
• Change password
• Sign out & in

Software: iOS 17.4.1

Model: iPhone 14 Pro
