Mac batter drains, chrome crashpad

Macbook Pro 2019 Sonoma 14.4.1

For the past few months my Mac has been either dead or extremly warm and with only a couple % of battery in the mornings. I've tried some stuff I've read online but yesterday I decided to just have the whole Mac reset to fix it for good. Turns out that was a waste of time. This morning I woke up the 5% and a burning hot Macbook yet again.

I've attached some screenshots from Activity Monitor where you can see how the battery just starts draining like crazy out of the blue.

After reseting my Macbook I have installed the following programs: Steam, Microsoft Outlook and Google Chrome. What is happening to this thing...? I can't bring it in my backpack without turning it off because I'm worried the thing will start a fire, it is insane. Please help.
