So I paid for AHS Delicate S1 on Apple TV Plus expecting it was the same as buying a movie in Youtube / Prime etc - where you keep it forever (as long as your subscription is up to date - of course). My apple TV was just paid for another year so all good there. But no access to season 1. I'm in AUS and have S2 on Binge but wanted to recap - can I ask Apple for a refund as they have removed access?

No, it’s not Apple-produced content. Yours was probably a rental from DirectTV or Amazon or some other aggregated and redirected by Apple, it was not a purchase. Rentals usually expire after 48 hours and say so before playing.

Ok but rentals are usually there for 48 hrs and gone. I had this for the entire season and then s2 came out and it's gone. This does not happen on other steaming services. I was about to watch it again to refresh myself but nope. How can it be a purchase and then gone. Sorry but if feels like your responses are dodging the question.
