Dear apple community I am reaching out for some help my husband purchased a gift card for me from apple and it never arrived we reached out to apple they said they would call that also never happened and now our cloud space is up and we can't get on to support because of the country we live in. Please someone help

Dear Jeff obviously you don't realise I know that but I have emailed apple I have messaged apple all I am getting is that they can't help because of the country I am in so I am hoping that someone reads this and has a solution other than yours which I have exhausted so thanks but no thanks.
