Having Enough space on my Apple ID

You cannot increase space on the phone but you can move some data to iCloud

First buy more space in iCloud in iPhone, Settings, [tap your name], iCloud, manage storage , increase storage plan.

Then turn on iCloud Photos and turn on Optimise iPhone storage, and think about using iCloud Drive.
