WHY DO I NEED AN APPEL ID WHEN I WILL NEVER USE IT

Well let's see.

If you don't have an Apple ID, you'll NEVER be able to download apps to your iPhone

You won't be able to update your iPhone

If your phone is lost or stolen, you'll have no way to track it

You won't be able to backup the data on your iPhone to a computer or iCloud

There are I'm sure many more reasons not having an Apple ID will limit your ability to use the phone.

If none of those make any difference to you, you do what is best for you.

You don't have to have one. However, your ability to use your iPhone will be severely limited. Why do you think you won't need one? Why do you have an issue with creating one?
