I want to trade in my iphone 13 red for a iphone 15 black. will apple accept the trade in value even if little parts of the red came off on the back of the iphone? or will it be denied or decreased its value?

In person assures the value is exactly what they say. If you do it online, they may change value once they get it and see the extent of the paint peeling.
It may decrease its value a bit, but as long as the device works and has no other visible damage it should be accepted.
