If Apple can't reach an agreement about more included languages when negotiating with the movie companies about additional features for their movies, there is nothing you can do about it.

However, maybe Apple is not aware that some users in the french part of Switzerland would like to have French as an additional language added. Let them know about it by using the Feedback link:

The content in Apple TV+ is country specific, and not all movies support multiple languages for each country/region.
