This Mac can’t connect to Apple Media Services - asking for every (managed) Apple ID - April 2024

In the past two days I've started to see the error modal - This Mac can’t connect to Apple Media Services.

It isn't asking for my primary Apple ID. It's asking for other accounts.

I work across multiple organisations, some are schools that use Managed Apple IDs. The error message is asking me to sign in and verify for those managed accounts. They've never been used in System Settings on this Mac. However, I might have signed in on those accounts using Configurator.

What's changed?

Anybody else seeing a recent spike in these messages?

Same thing here. I did just update to Sonoma a few days ago.. but mine is asking me to sign into my husband's Apple account. I have never signed into his account on this mac. We have both signed into an older mac but neither of us are now signed into it. We have different accounts that are not in the same "family". I can't make it stop and don't want to sign into it on this computer and risk his info/contacts etc. syncing on my mac that I use for work. Not sure how to make it stop!
