It hasn't always been doing this but within the last two or three months I've been trying to download free apps from the app store and having to verify myself with a credit card. So I put my info in and it tries to charge me $8.99. It's been successful on two or three occasions, in which I didn't receive the app or any service for that matter. I was just charged. Can someone tell me whats going on with this
