Loading circle on top left of Home Screen

Hi I been getting a loading circle screen on the top left. I have an IPhone SE 2nd generation. All the tabs from my browser are closed, it’s up to date with software but it’s still having the loading circle

How can I fix my iPhone 14 Plus snapping back while scrolling on webpages? On about 1/3 of the webpages, has a scroll down, it’s as if the page is spring loaded. It snaps back up to a previous spot. I can’t read much more than the first screen full on many of these pages. I’ve got the 14+ and I use the latest operating system. iOS 17.3 - disappearing home pages I’ve just recently updated my iphone 13 pro to the iOS 17.3 and I noticed that one of my home pages keep disappearing and appearing again! I click the 2 dots when i click and hold the home page to edit, but it doesn’t appear. I’ve tried restarting my phone and nothing. But sometimes it appears … i don’t know why or what to do! Please help 😊

Hello, try to restart the iPhone. The progress icon you see indicates that network activity. This could come from apps other than Safari, Mail for instance or any app trying to download or stream content.
