Logic Files did in M1 Mac do not open in Logic for iPad

Songs made with Logic Pro X Mac M1 (sold it) CAN NOT be opened in Logic iPad Pro M1 or with Logic Mac Mini i5. They are greyed and do not open.

What to do?

Logic Pro iPad track sync and panning issues First song using Logic Pro/iPad - long time GB/iPad user. Created song with MIDI and audio tracks in GB, then imported into Logic Pro/iPad - worked great. After adding more audio tracks, fx, and editing (over a few days), when I start playback from beginning sometimes the vocal (audio) stacked tracks are out of sync with rest (about 1 beat early). After restarting from beginning, it usually gets back in sync. Also, when exporting, sometimes the first export results in m4a file with same issue, and re-exporting usually works (vocal stack back in sync). In addition, the export seems to swap Left/right panning occasionally and re-exporting usually swaps it back to correct left/right pan. with Logic Pro/iPad being so new I’m not sure if I’m missing some setting, or if this is a bug… anyone else experience this?

IPad not recognized with Mac from Music store I recently purchased a new iPad. In an attempt to sync my songs from Apple Music, the iPad symbol does not appear on the music screen allowing the two to sync. It is almost like my M@c does not recognize the iPad. Need help.

The Mac mini has to be able to run at least the same version of Logic or newer for it to be able to open the project. If you created on Logic 10.8 it won’t open on Logic 10.7.
