I have the same issue and it's on both my 13mini and 15 Pro. To the other comment below, it has nothing to do with carrier, as I use two different ones.

Have done all the usual checks etc and now I think it has something to do with the update as it was fine before.

And when I do a search, lots of people are having this issue.

Same and more serious issue happened on SE3 iPhone, can’t call and text on both Verizon and ATT line, for Verizon, even no signal found, ATT could show signal but nothing worked.

We have to get a new phone to as an emergency solution.

Apple really did a bad work for this upgrading.

By the way, went to Apple Store and got technical call support, they can’t give a good solution, ask me to do a factory resetting and restoraration to try, it s too time costly and even can’t promise a success. So have to get a new phone.. ****!

I don't see any solutions here for this problem. I am having the issue where someone calls and I try to answer the call and it goes to voicemail. Also not receiving text messages on my iPhone 14 pro. All this started a couple of days ago when the phone updated to 17.4.1. I have checked settings, restarted the phone numerous times and it is still happening. I am a 71 year old woman. I am alone and need the phone to work. Can someone please help me.
