Just to expand on what I believe TheLittles means- the App Store can't be deleted, but you may have simply removed it from the Home Screen. Luckily it's an easy fix, from the Home Screen swipe down until the keyboard appears. Search for 'App Store', and when it comes up, press and hold on the icon until the grey menu appears. Choose 'Add to Home Screen' and it should be back. You can rearrange it by pressing and holding until the menu appears, then (without lifting your finger) dragging it around.

Swipe your finger in from the right. Then, drag it back over.
