Apple Watch SE not providing sleep data on random nights ! WHY?

For the past few months my Apple Watch SE (2nd generation) has randomly not provided sleep data. After several attempts to trace the problem, it occurred to me one morning that the problem probably rests with the manipulation of the alarm in the morning.....e.g. On days when the alarm goes off I always get recorded sleep data on my watch and health summary on my phone. However, on days when I get up prior to the alarm going off and my watch asks me if I am up and wish to turn off my alarm and I respond yes...it is then unpredictable if I receive the sleep data or not. Some days I do and some days I don't which leads me to the conclusion that there is a glitch in the software when you turn your alarm off in the morning prior to its scheduled time. From that point forward I now let the alarm go off at its scheduled time even if I am up and moving. So far I have not had any more random misses of sleep data.

This seems to be a tough one. I think it has to do with how you are interrupting your sleep cycle set by your alarm. In your health app, you have a sleep alarm that’s set to notify you for bedtime, and waking you up in the morning. If you sleep through this and wake up, you’ll get results of how you slept and data collected, but in this case, it looks like you disrupted the data collection process prematurely. therefore, I guess the watch gets confused and doesn’t send that full data because some of it is missing. So, in summary, for me i think that it’s just a lack of data driving your watch to just fully delete the data and just never show you it.
