The charger nor cable likely reduced your battery health. Battery health simply declines with every full cycle charge. It's what batteries do. ALL batteries. In general, you can expect a drop of about 1% per month in battery health. But that drop is not linear as it can remain steady for a while, then drop a few percentage points. When the health of your battery dips to 80%, which it surely will, it then will be time to pay Apple to replace the battery in your iPhone.
