MacBook Pro | Overheating + Fan Speed

Attempted Solutions:

-Cleared 'Printers & Scanners' - I saw this caused some issues for others, I cleared the memory for printers

-Empty Cache / Trash / History

-Activity Monitor; quit everything in activity monitor, nothing out of the oridnary shows up thats taking a significant % of GPU

If anyone has any insight or other options I can try to fix my computer, please share below. Any advice is much appreciated.

On an Intel Mac try both

resetting the System Management Controller Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

unplug all non-essential peripherals and test

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

Did you change the default View option to "All Processes?" That is required to get t complete picture of wha tins running.

Beyond that, your symptoms certainly fit within Leroy's last point re third-party utilities.
