Apple Pay and NameDrop not working

I have the iPhone 13 and a few months after I bought it, my Apple Pay stopped working. I have all the correct information for my cards and I don’t have an issue with my bank and it works on my Apple Watch, so I’m thinking it might be a hardware issue.

I also am not able to use NameDrop even though I have the latest iOS system. Any thoughts on how to fix or will I need to take it in?

You can have remote diagnostics done on your iPhone by calling Apple support. They’ll be able to test the NFC module and confirm if you have a hardware issue. If you’re in the US please call 1-800-MY-APPLE or outside the US, consult the support article below.
