My Apple ID is not active

whenever I sign in my Apple ID,it’s not active,I can’t even sign out.Whenever I type my password verification fails,I can’t even update my WhatsApp because the Apple ID is not active and my WhatsApp has my school documents I would be presenting on Monday,I’m stranded
