ESPN Today View Widget is missing on my iPhone 11

On the Today View screen, my ESPN widget is missing. I have rebooted my iPhone 11 several times, no luck. I clicked the EDIT then + button on the Today View screen and the ESPN widget is missing. Does anyone have any info on this issue, can not get the widget to repopulate in the widget search screen? Thank you.
