hello, my iphone 15 pro charging cable is not working on my phone but it's working normally on other phone, what could be the problem ? PS : i just bought the phone and the charge is the one included in the box, i’ve charged the phone several times with it, but now it won’t charge.

Just to be clear- you bought a brand new phone, but it won't charge? You mentioned the included cable won't charge the new phone but will charge your old phone, can your new phone be charged with any other cable? If the new phone won't charge at all, I'd return it and get a new one.
You did say it previously would charge, might be worth trying a force restart before you send it in. Press and very quickly release the volume up button, press and very quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button for about twenty seconds. When the Apple logo appears, release the button. The timing is a little tricky, so try it a few times.

Interesting, that's really odd. If I were you, I'd contact Apple Support. Since the force restart didn't fix it, it's definitely a hardware issue and I'd want to get both the phone and charger replaced. Apple accepts returns on anything within 14 days of purchase and within 1 year for a defective product.
