Grammar and spelling errors in dictated text messages post iOS 17.4 update

Has anyone else had a problem with dictating text messages since the 17.4 update? The grammar and spelling are often wrong and sometimes half of what I have dictated will suddenly disappear!

No. I am not having this issue, and I have not come across it. Seem to be an issue in relevance to a succeeding update install...

About Update Errors:

This can occur due to a corrupt install. So, try installing this update once more, this time using a computer.

A. Updating Using a Computer:

Have a Computer Handy? If so, try using a computer to update. Go here: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. If any updates are availabe, they will install, sure enough.

B. Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
