iPhone 13 screen being weird

I have a regular iPhone 13, bought it new and it’s doing most things I need but the screen has started being odd.

When watching some content on something like TikTok for example, the screen brightness and contrast goes crazy, blown out highlights, dimmed icons, and seemingly whatever brightness it fancies.

Trutone is off, everything is off in the accessibility settings.

It’s like it’s trying to display HDR content, can’t, and adapting to try and figure it out but failing.

i don’t know if this is related, but it seems the touchscreen aspect is getting more difficult to recognise me clicking on buttons when browsing the web - it even took me multiple times to press the ‘sign in’ button on this website.

No screen protector, Apple case, no damage.

Any suggestions?
