Voice Recognition on HomePod Mini

I have tried all the things I’ve found on internet, but still when I ask Siri ”Who am I”, it doesn’t recognise me. Also the HomePod account is set on ”HomePod account” and still even when my brother says ”send message to (name) saying (message)” it will send it from my number. (My brother doesn’t have iPhone) and this is also tested by my mom, who is linked to that HomePod Mini.

Homepod not recognizing HomeKit users I have bought a HomePod and installed software version 16.2. Our HomeKit includes two users and I am the main user. HomePod´s Siri does not recognize my husband's voice and it uses always my phone for example in phone calls. Siri works fine in my husband's phone, but it cannot use it by HomePod. Is this known bug or what I have to do? This is disgusting situation because we have another HomePod unpacked. Maybe we have to return the both... Adding a second voice to an Apple HomePod Mini My wife is neither a computer user nor a cell phone caller; we are both advanced seniors who do not text. Our HomePod Mini is set up with my voice to operate NanoLeaf smart bulbs in our bedroom. We cannot as yet add her voice, as she has no Apple ID. If we were using either Google or Amazon comparable smart speakers, there would be no problem, as a separate ID would not be necessary to add a second persson's voice. Is there a workaround that would enable her to register her voice, or must I replace my HomePod with a comparable Google or Amazon device? Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
