Download iPhone Software Update without using iTunes

Hi,

My iPhone cannot start. When pressing the power key, it will show the apple logo, then after sometime, it will be dark again.

I want to use the recovery mode to update the iOS in it. When using iTunes, it will download iOS 17.4.1. It shows the size as 6.87GB. And it will take about 2-3 hours to reach that value(I am in Athens, the Internet is slow). However, after the size reaches 6.87GB, it will not stop and continue increase to 7, 8 and 9 GB, until sometime it fails and report the downloaded file is corrupted.

So, I just wonder if there is a way to download the update file separately without using iTunes? Thus I can rent a computer in another country(such as using Amazon Workspace in Ireland with fast Internet) to download the file, then copy it back to my computer and let iTunes to perform the update. Is that possible? If yes, then how to do so?
