A simple touch of the desktop causes all open windows to disappear into corners on Macbook Pro, 2019 16"- running Sonoma. It has been going on only since Sonoma update. It's making me nuts.
I did the fix with changing the setting to showing wallpaper items 'only in stage manager." which worked for some people but not for me.
Any thoughts? Thank you

FWIW, I think this is actually useful when you want to reach the Desktop and there are a lot of stuff covering it.
You can turn this off in System Settings.
Go to System Settings->Desktop & Dock
There is a setting for "Click wallpaper to reveal desktop".
I think the default is "Always", but you can change it to "Only in Stage Manager".

Thank you for your help!. I don't know how, but I already had this set to "in stage manager." Odd, since I don't remember doing this. I have quite a few annoying bugs, so I think I will take it in for an look-see at the GB.
