How to update iOS without Wi-Fi

The only way to update without Wifi is to use a computer on an iPhone 7. To update with cellular, you would need a 5G connection which the iPhone 7 doesn't support.

B. Updating Over Cellular:

You can only update over cellular using an iPhone 12 or later with 5G. So, updating over cellular may not be an option for you, if you do not have the corresponding model.

Connect it to a computer. That iPhone model can't be updated through cellular data.
