Pages - Tables and Borders

I created a table in pages. I have all the borders - external and internal at solid line .5 and black. I copied the table and the the copy will not reproduce the border. I changed it manually and nothing. I then deleted the original and copied the copy and the the third one now is correct and the second is not. These are both on the same page. If one is there it is correct, if two are there it is not correct. It looks fine on a PDF but printing it does not. I tried changing size from .5 up to 1 and one comes out correct and the other does not. Wasted a lot of paper and toner trying to figure this out.

In the attached pic both tables are set at Black, Solid, .5, all lines/borders. The only quirk I see is I select all that at then go back and only outer border is highlighted in the format window. It is that way for both table 1 and table 2. I really am at a loss here. I also attached what a PDF looks like.

I have selected the entire table with all borders selected. When it prints not all the borders show. The quick I see is when I reselect the entire table, the Border selection is back on outside only, it does not show that all the borders are in place. Any thoughts?

If I change it up a bit it works, but when I go back to Black and .5 it goes back stupid.
