How Do I know if this is legitimate email telling me I have iPhone problems. See picture

All such messages are scams presented by criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender. Do not download anything based on such messages.

How do you know that messages like this are scams?
Apple will never send messages like this.
And....if you click on the "Visit Site" link.......(don't do it)......you will not arrive at any kind of Apple site.
That’s a scam web page.
Close the broswer and move on.
