Alarm screen activates but there’s no sound at all? This was an issue on iOS 16 until they fixed it on 16.5..
BUT NOW?! It reappears on 17.4.1 (21E236 AND 7)?

Report this to Apple...
Sure it's been posted. Question is: "Just how many people have actually reported this to Apple?"
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this occurrence, if you don't report it to them.
I can see a lot of people in the community forum experiencing this exact issue from many years back and this hasn’t been fixed even after all this years.
All the solution posted had always been irrelevant to the issue. We are talking about Health App and he’s always referring to the Clock app.
