Why does iPhone send me Apple Cash notifications about a balance that I had from weeks ago?

My balance has been at $0 for weeks now. This seems to be a common issue with this phone. They send you a balance notification a week or two AFTER you receive the funds and spend them. It doesn’t make sense. Why don’t they send a notification when I ACTUALLY have the funds? Why wait 2 weeks after the money is gone. Telling me my balance is $50 and it’s available to spend when I literally have $0.00, is NOT okay and I feel played with

iPhone 6s, iOS 15

This is not typical behavior, in my experience. You have control of Notifications in two places. Let’s check your settings.

Please follow this path,

iPhone > Settings > Notifications > Wallet > make sure Allow Notifications is green and also Time Sensitive is green. If they both are green, please switch them off and then back on (green)

iPhone > Wallet app > Apple Cash > More Button (3 dots in circle in upper right corner of screen) > Notifications > both are green. If they both are green, please switch them off and then back on (green)
