Check battery health of iPad

The battery health feature is exclusive to iOS for iPhone. Inclusion of this feature is relatively recent.

iOS/iPadOS for iPad has never had the Battery Health feature - most likely because iPad batteries are both considerably larger and have a much longer service life. 

An iPad battery is rated to maintain at least 80% of its initial capacity after 1000 full charge/discharge cycles - whereas an most models of iPhone are rated to have 80% of initial capacity after 500 full cycles.

There are software packages available that can access battery cycle count. Popular choices for Mac are Coconut Battery and iMazing - whereas iMazing is available for PC.

I was going to say check the battery settings and if it’s not there then it’s most likely an IPhone thing. But you can also swipe down on the upper right corner to see your control thing and it will show the battery life. But I have yet to personally see a good third party app that shows my battery.

for some reason that is only supported on phones, there are third-party apps in app store that claim to do it but how much one can trust them I can't say
