The lag is RIDICULOUS

Easy so YOU GUYS HAVE ALOT OF LAG it takes me SO LONG for me to get into Roblox and it logs me out of my account! Once it froze on the log in screen it was so annoying. At first I thought I did something but it’s just ridiculous. I was trading in Royale high when I accidentally went on my tabs and I couldn't get back in on Roblox. I think this is the scrolling lag but even if it isn’t this is most definitely lag. My MacBook has full bars on the WiFi so it’s definitely YOU fix it because I want to play Royale high! No I will not play it on my phone because they changed the way u can move around!! now I can’t even GET TRADES anymore can you guys fix it in any way?
