Recording Activity

I recently updated my watch and when I go onto the activity it’s all at 0. I have tried to change my goals but it still isn’t tracking. It also isn’t tracking on the mobile app.

Apple Watch 9 recording activity incorrectly why is my Apple 9 Watch not correctly recording my activity.
