iPhone 11pro dictation not working but mic and speaker is?

My dictation icon seems to have disappeared off my keyboard across all apps/ functions (email, WhatsApp, text messaging) so I can’t use Talk-to-Text.

Other voice functions like Siri and microphone are working fine.

Ive tried enabling dictation again from settings, restarting my phone a couple of times but still no luck! I’ve highlighted on the photo below where the mic icon usually appears.

Has anyone else had

this problem? Any solutions please? Thanks so much! I use dictation A LOT and it’s really slowing me down not having it!
