Setting up Apple Pay on iPhone

I am getting an update from settings app to set up Apple Pay & Touch ID & Siri. I thought I had all those anyway. Is it safe to continue

Stop the “Finish Setting Up iPad” requirement to set up Apple Pay I have Apple Pay on my iPhone but I do not want it on my iPad. Since updating to 16.7.2, I get pop-up Apple System messages that interrupt my activity and tell me to “Finish setting up iPad” by setting up Apple Pay. How do I bypass this step? I don’t want to add Apple Pay but I don’t want this message showing up twice a day and I don’t want a perpetual red notification in my Settings telling me I need to do it.
