Duplicated Grocery List and Duplicated Grocery Groups

Hi everyone! I am having an issue with managing the “Groceries” feature in Apple Reminders. When I ask Siri to add something to my shared Grocery list (shared with my wife), it asks me which “grocery” list. However, I only have one grocery list. Two identical options appear that show “grocery”. If I select the first option, it adds the item in a duplicate group in Reminders, but if I pick the second “grocery” it works as it should and does not create a duplicate group. For example; if I say “Siri, add onions to the grocery list”, and pick the first “grocery” list, it will ask which grocery list. If I pick the first list, it will create a duplicate “Produce” group and add it to there. However, if I select the second grocery list, it will add the item into the “Produce” group that both my wife and I add items to.

When I open the app and text an entry it adds it to the duplicate group.

I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max (IOS 17.4.1), an iPad Air 4th Gen (IOS 17.4.1), Apple Watch Ultra (10.4) and my wife is running an iPhone 13 Pro Max (IOS 17.3.1).
