Books app not working properly

My Books app doesn’t work properly. I get only two tabs, Library and Search. I know I should be getting more (Store, Audiobooks, …) because it worked properly on my previous phone. How do I fix this?

What I’ve tried so far;

Restarting my phone
Allowing Books app in Screen Time.

Home Tab gone as I opened Books App on my iPhone 12 Pro. Books not downloading I recently upgraded to IOS 16 and my books are not downloading,I can open my books app and books are appearing on my list but it wont start to download..any suggestions what to do?
