I have over a month tried to sign onto Fred Meyer App and it just says try again. I have talked to their Customer Service and they tell me a case # and technition never calls back. Have used this app for years and works on my Ipad. I have and Iphone SE bought this year. Has anyone had same problem? Do you know a fix

I haven't had any trouble with the app (but did have some awhile ago with the website). Have you tried deleting the app and then downloading it again from the App Store?
If other apps are working, but this app isn't, it's an issue with the app and while you've admitted they aren't very responsive, Apple can't fix a 3rd party app. Apple doesn't own the app, nor the code inside the app. You need to continue working with them directly.
I figured it was a long shot and is App and company problem. Just thought I would ask. Just wondered if anyone had this problem do to the way it was configured on phone. I have tried all the uninstalling and reinstalling. Thanks for comments and resetting some of the phone functions but still doesn't work. I will go back to depending on ipad.

That is an issue with Fred Meyer app, this is not an Apple issue. You will need to continue to work with Fewd Meyers on this.
